Silly things about me

1)    I never sleep enough, I am a night owl & get a second wind at 9:30 pm, every night, without fail, thats explains the           dark circles & bags under my eyes.  My mom is the same way, her mom was the same way too, I come from a long line of women who stay up way toooooo late!

2)    I am always singing and can usually apply a song to any situation!  (getting to know me, getting to know all about me)

3)    I curse, a lot.  I can't help myself.  I am sorry if you are offended, you don't have to be my friend if you don't want to, you wont hurt my feelings, but you can kiss my ass!

4)    I hate elbows, teeth & pinky toe nails-they all gross me out

5)    When I was in middle school, I had a taco themed birthday party.  I ate 7 tacos at my taco themed birthday party!  I am pretty sure I wore rainbow suspenders to my taco themed birthday party, it was the era of Mork & Mindy, ya know!
(It's my party & I'll eat tacos if I want to, eat tacos if I want to, tacos if i want to, you would eat 7 tacos too, if it happened to you....see #2)

6)     I have 9 year old twins and I have yet to master this parenting thing.  Some days I am a rocking mom, others days I suck.  This is by far the hardest thing  I have ever done, but by far the best.

7)    I want to be a singer, if i was 20 something I would TOTALLY try out for American Idol, I think my audition song would be "Don't Know Why" by Nora Jones-it is on my set list at my Basement Karaoke!  LOL  I have been known to hold mini concerts in my car as I drive, complete with dance moves!  










8)    I didn't know I creative till I was well into my 30's

9)    I dated twin brothers, one in high school, the other in college.  I loved them both, they were both really handsome.  They both broke my heart!

10)   I love to read, i stay up way to late sometimes to read just one more chapter (see # 1)  It all started in the 4th grade with Judy Blume, its all her fault.  


11)   I am a procrastinator with ADD, I put off getting anything done & then I lose track of what I was supposed to get done, it is a vicious cycle!


12)  The Wizard of Oz still freaks me out!  I hate that movie, i think it was the flying monkeys.  Also in FIrst Grade a mean little boy told me I was going to die in a tornado at school, it was back in the day (1972) when The Wizard of Oz came on once a year at Thanksgiving,  so he must have had twisters on the brain, funny thing is he was really a sweet, mild mannered kid.  But it freaked me out for the rest of my life & I cringe at the thought of watching that movie.  It was torture letting my girls watch it!


13)  My current home is in the south but I am a native New Yorker. Always.
